2. About TribeDigital.ai

TribeDigital.ai is an HRMS application provided by Tribe Business Services. The application is designed to help businesses manage HR-related activities such as employee information, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll support, schedules, and claims.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

You may use TribeDigital.ai only if you are authorized by your employer, organization, or account administrator. Some features may require you to create or access a user account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify your organization administrator or our support contact if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use TribeDigital.ai only for lawful business and HR-related purposes. You must not misuse the application or use it in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the service.

You agree not to:

  • Access or use the service without proper authorization.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the service.
  • Upload false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
  • Use the service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the application without permission.

5. HR and Employment Data

TribeDigital.ai may process HR-related data such as employee profiles, attendance records, leave requests, overtime information, payroll-related information, claim submissions, documents, and other employment-related records.

The accuracy of data entered into the system is the responsibility of the users, employers, administrators, or authorized personnel who manage the data. TribeDigital.ai provides the platform, but employment decisions, payroll decisions, approvals, and compliance obligations remain the responsibility of the relevant employer or organization.

6. Privacy

Your use of TribeDigital.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

7. Account Deletion

8. Mobile Application and Store Requirements

If you download TribeDigital.ai from Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another distribution platform, your use of the application may also be subject to the terms, policies, and rules of that platform.

We are responsible for the application and its content, subject to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. The app stores are not responsible for providing maintenance, support, or handling claims related to the application unless required by their own policies or applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

TribeDigital.ai may use or integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting, analytics, notifications, authentication, storage, or other business tools. These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services that are not controlled by TribeDigital.ai.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep TribeDigital.ai available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

TribeDigital.ai, including its name, logo, design, software, features, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Tribe Business Services. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.

12. User Content

Users or organizations may upload, submit, or store content in TribeDigital.ai, including employee records, documents, claim attachments, attendance data, and other HR-related information.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right and authority to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribe Business Services and TribeDigital.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

14. Disclaimer

TribeDigital.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the service will meet every requirement, be error-free, or operate without interruption.

The application is intended to support HR operations, but it does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or compliance advice. Organizations remain responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable employment, payroll, tax, and data protection laws.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to TribeDigital.ai if we believe that a user has violated these Terms of Use, misused the service, created security risks, or if access must be restricted for legal, operational, or security reasons.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of TribeDigital.ai after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
