TribeDigital.ai is an HRMS platform operated by Tribe Business Services. Users may request deletion of their account if they no longer wish to use the application or want their personal data removed from our system.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please contact us by email:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address or employee ID
• Your company or organization name
• A clear statement that you want to delete your TribeDigital.ai account

3. Verification Process

Before deleting an account, we may need to verify your identity and confirm that the request is valid. This is done to protect user accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.

4. Data That May Be Deleted

Once your request is verified and approved, we may delete or anonymize data associated with your account, such as:

• Account profile information
• Contact details
• Uploaded profile documents or photos, where applicable
• App access credentials
• Other personal data directly linked to your user account

5. Data That May Be Retained

Some data may need to be retained where required for legal, payroll, financial, audit, tax, employment, security, or legitimate business purposes. This may include payroll records, attendance records, claim records, leave records, approval history, audit logs, or other HR-related records required by your employer or applicable law.

If certain records cannot be deleted immediately, we will retain them only for as long as necessary and handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Processing Time

We will review account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. In most cases, we aim to respond within 7 business days after receiving a complete request. The actual deletion process may take additional time depending on verification, employer approval, legal requirements, or system processing requirements.

7. Effect of Account Deletion

After your account is deleted, you may no longer be able to access the TribeDigital.ai app or related HRMS services. Some historical records may remain available to your employer or system administrator where required for business, employment, compliance, or legal purposes.
