These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TribeDigital.ai mobile application and related HRMS services provided by Tribe Business Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TribeDigital.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application or related services.
2. About TribeDigital.ai
TribeDigital.ai is an HRMS application designed to help companies, administrators, HR teams, managers, and employees manage HR-related activities, including but not limited to attendance, check-in/check-out, payroll and payslips, leave and permission management, overtime, schedules, claims, and employee-related documents.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Use
The application is intended for authorized users only. Access may be provided by an employer, company administrator, HR representative, or another authorized party. You are responsible for using the application only for legitimate employment, HR, payroll, attendance, leave, claim, and related business purposes.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your account. You agree to notify your company administrator or the application support contact if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security issue related to your account.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the application. This may include personal information, attendance records, leave requests, overtime submissions, payroll-related information, claim details, photos, attachments, and other supporting documents.
6. Employer and Administrator Responsibilities
Employers, HR teams, and administrators are responsible for ensuring that employee data is collected, processed, reviewed, approved, and managed in accordance with applicable company policies, employment contracts, and relevant laws or regulations.
7. Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Overtime, and Claim Records
TribeDigital.ai may assist with recording, calculating, displaying, or organizing HR-related information. However, final review, validation, approval, correction, and use of payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, claim, and employee records remain the responsibility of the employer, administrator, or authorized company representative.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the application for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization.
- Interfere with the security, stability, or operation of the application.
- Upload malicious files, harmful code, or content that violates applicable laws.
- Misuse employee, company, payroll, financial, or confidential information.
9. Data and Privacy
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data are explained in our Privacy Policy. By using TribeDigital.ai, you acknowledge that your data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tribe Business Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application. Employers and authorized administrators remain responsible for verifying HR, payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and claim-related decisions before applying them.
15. Disclaimer
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the application will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific business requirement.
16. Suspension or Termination of Access
Access to the application may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if a user violates these Terms, company policy, security requirements, or applicable law. Employers or administrators may also manage user access based on employment status, role changes, or internal company procedures.
17. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the application after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
